My culinary journey began at the prestigious Bio Hotel Stanglwirt in Austria, where I started as a young cook and worked my way up to become a kitchen director. From there, I gained invaluable experience in a variety of culinary settings, including restaurants, steak houses, French bistros, catering events, and hotels, spanning cities like Vienna, Toronto, and Berlin.
In Vienna, Toronto, and Berlin, I had the opportunity to work in Michelin-starred restaurants, refining my skills and developing a deep understanding of culinary excellence. In Berlin, I had the honor of being named "Rising Star of the Year" and featured in Forbes' "30 under 30" list for my innovative approach to cuisine. I had the pleasure of serving as sous-chef to Daniel Achilles at the two Michelin-starred Reinstoff, where I refined my craft and developed my culinary philosophy.
In 2015, I was recognized as the "Newcomer of the Year" by Berlin Partner for Business and Technology, celebrating my "explosively creative" dishes that fuse global influences with traditional German foundations.
