Manuel Schmuck

Hello, I'm Manuel, your culinary designer specializing in crafting unforgettable dining experiences.

My culinary journey began at the prestigious Bio Hotel Stanglwirt in Austria, where I started as a young cook and worked my way up to become a kitchen director. From there, I gained invaluable experience in a variety of culinary settings, including restaurants, steak houses, French bistros, catering events, and hotels, spanning cities like Vienna, Toronto, and Berlin.

In Vienna, Toronto, and Berlin, I had the opportunity to work in Michelin-starred restaurants, refining my skills and developing a deep understanding of culinary excellence. In Berlin, I had the honor of being named "Rising Star of the Year" and featured in Forbes' "30 under 30" list for my innovative approach to cuisine. I had the pleasure of serving as sous-chef to Daniel Achilles at the two Michelin-starred Reinstoff, where I refined my craft and developed my culinary philosophy.

In 2015, I was recognized as the "Newcomer of the Year" by Berlin Partner for Business and Technology, celebrating my "explosively creative" dishes that fuse global influences with traditional German foundations.

Whether I'm serving as a private chef, styling food, or developing new recipes, I always strive to bring fresh and exciting ideas to the table.

If you're in search of a skilled and personable professional to enhance your culinary experiences, I'm here for you.

I'm excited to join you on this culinary adventure!

Warm regards,

Manuel Schmuck
